This policy does not apply to entries for the Mathematical Olympiads, whose registration fee will not be refunded under any circumstances, according to the rules set forth in the proper regulation.

FOR EVENT ENTRY

It is reserved to the participants of the events of the IMPA the right to request the cancellation of the registration, and for that, the following rules must be observed:
Cancellation requests must be requested in writing to the email eventos@impa.br.
If the request for cancellation is made within 7 (seven) days after the registration is discharged, the participant will receive 100% (one hundred percent) of the investment made.
If the cancellation request is made after the 7th day of registration, there will be no cancellation or refund.
Event participants are aware that the schedule may change at any time, which will be duly informed on the IMPA website, where there will be no possibility of requesting cancellation of registration and/or refund.
If the event is canceled by IMPA, all participants will be entitled to a full refund of the investment made.
If payment of the registration was made through a bank slip, the refund will be made by means of a deposit in a current account held by the service taker specified in the Invoice, within 30 (thirty) days from the date of cancellation , Validating the deposit receipt as payment receipt.
If payment has been made through Paypal ®, the refund will be made via the Paypal ® account of the registered customer.
